Capital access needs structure. And people who create it.
Henrion Capital Partners combines structured real estate finance, private credit, capital partner access and operational transaction experience.
The management works at the interface of real estate and corporate situations, international capital partners and Luxembourg structuring architecture. The focus lies on capital situations in which conventional financing logic is not sufficient: refinancing, mezzanine, bridge, preferred equity, whole loan, restructuring, portfolio financing and alternative capital structures.
What is decisive is not the mere approach to capital providers. What is decisive is whether a capital situation is prepared in such a way that value, risk, repayment and governance become investable for alternative capital partners.

Capital access needs structure. And people who create it.
Complex capital situations rarely arise from a single financing need. They arise from the connection of asset, capital structure, risk, time, collateral and repayment.
Henrion Capital Partners works where this connection has to be established professionally: in the preparation of capital structures, the preparation of financing profiles, the approach to selected capital partners and the leadership of demanding transaction processes.
Capital access arises when substance, structure and capital partner logic come together.
